Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay's birthplace was Ogden Utah on September 15 1915. Born into the Mormon Church's first family Fawn McKay directed her ingenious literary talents and remarkable abilities in research to create an amazing psycho-historical account of Joseph Smith, published in 1945, entitled No Man knows My History. That title was taken from a funeral sermon delivered by the founding father of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. He shocked his listeners by declaring"You don't know me" you never knew my heart. No one knows about my past. The truth is I'm not even sure. Fawn 29, a woman of 29 years old, said: "Since that moment of honesty at least three scores writers have picked up the challenge." Some have attacked him, some have deified him; a few have attempted to make a clinical diagnosis it is not that documents are lacking the issue is that they're wildly contradictory. It is a difficult task to assemble these documents and separate first-hand stories from copies that are third-hand and integrating Mormon narratives with non-Mormon ones into a coherent collage. This is both exciting and instructive. FawnBrodie took on this professional challenge. Her writings and research brought her fame around the world: Thaddeus Stephens. The Devil drives (1959). Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon, An Intimate historiography (1974) The posthumous.
