Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles in the way he's known for the world of pop music is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. Based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England, Styles is the child of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school where, with three other students, he founded his group musical, White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. In spite of always having been a fan of music, He also wished to become the next lawyer or an physiotherapist. To support his family, he worked a short time working part-time at a bakery. The year was 2010. Harry Styles presented audition for The X Factor where he performed the song Is not She Lovely by Stevie Wonder and was selected. This meant that his band needed to be split. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who recommended Harry Styles to be part a future group called One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that formed in 2010. The band of five was backed by Cowell, and they sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You along with Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the best contenders for the competition. The group was however placed third position behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive any cash prize. However, Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds to One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
