Kari Samantha was an American actress, singer (born on April 28 1967). The career of Wuhrer began when she was a teenager. Her most well-known roles include Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders as well as Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). She has three brothers and sisters. The singer began performing in clubs as a teenager, and would sneak out of her house to sing. She also attended drama classes in Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College college, and also at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where she had a teacher who was known for her work as Uta. Kari began acting when she was a teenager, and her first break on television was 1987's MTV's Remote Control.
